    Reformer - Jump!

    Jump! is a class filled with dynamic movements, improved coordination, and a serious boost in your heart rate. The jumpboard is a padded platform that attaches to the end of the Pilates reformer. It allows you to perform jumping movements while lying down, giving you the sensation of bouncing on a trampoline. This provides an amazing cardio workout without the stress on your joints. Whether you're looking to enhance your endurance, tone your muscles, or simply enjoy a lively, low-impact cardio exercise session, jump your way there! Previous Pilates experience is recommended.
