Intermediate Reformer
For experienced students with at least 15 Reformer classes at The Pearl under their belt, this energizing session will expand upon Reformer techniques. In this fast-paced class, you'll delve into more complex variations and transitions, incorporating challenging spring changes and movements designed to push your limits and boost your overall strength, flexibility, and control. It's a fun and exciting way to challenge yourself and elevate your practice. Prior Pilates experience is required.

A dynamic Mat Pilates class with a fresh focus each week! This rotating series will keep your practice exciting and well-rounded, incorporating different props and techniques to challenge your strength, balance, and control.
