Take your fitness and self-care journey to the next level with our brand-new Wellness Assessments—an exciting offering designed to give you a full-spectrum look at your current routine, both in and out of the studio.
Your assessment begins with a thoughtful questionnaire that encourages reflection on key aspects of your lifestyle, including energy levels, sleep patterns, and movement habits beyond Pilates and yoga. Once in the studio, you’ll work one-on-one with an instructor to evaluate posture and alignment, complete a series of physical benchmarks to gauge strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility, and identify areas of growth.
